Palautukset ja tilauksen peruuttaminen

Kuluttaja-asiakkaalla on oikeus peruuttaa etämyyntisopimus 14 päivän kuluessa tuotteen vastaanottamisesta ilman erityistä syytä.

Peruuttamisoikeuden käyttämiseksi asiakkaan tulee tehdä peruutusilmoitus 14 päivän kuluessa tuotteen vastaanottamisesta. Peruuttamisilmoituksen voi tehdä:

  • verkkokaupan sähköisen peruuttamistoiminnon kautta (tästä)
  • sähköpostitse osoitteeseen karppinen.shop@gmail.com
  • puhelimitse numeroon +358 40 587 1627

Peruutusilmoituksessa tulee ilmoittaa vähintään:

  • asiakkaan nimi
  • tilausnumero tai muu tilausta yksilöivä tieto
  • tieto siitä, mitä tilausta tai tuotetta peruutus koskee

Peruutusilmoituksen jälkeen asiakkaan tulee palauttaa tuote viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa peruuttamisilmoituksen tekemisestä.

Peruuttamisoikeuden rajoitukset

Peruuttamisoikeus ei koske tuotteita, jotka on valmistettu tai muutettu asiakkaan yksilöllisten toiveiden mukaisesti, kuten asiakkaan pyynnöstä personoituja tai mittatilaustyönä valmistettuja tuotteita.

Palautettavan tuotteen kunto

Asiakkaalla on oikeus tutustua tuotteeseen samalla tavalla kuin myymälässä asioidessaan. Tuotetta ei kuitenkaan saa käyttää enempää kuin sen ominaisuuksien, luonteen ja toimivuuden toteamiseksi on tarpeen.

Palautettavan tuotteen tulee sisältää kaikki siihen kuuluvat osat. Tuote tulee palauttaa alkuperäisessä pakkauksessa tai muutoin huolellisesti pakattuna siten, että se ei vahingoitu kuljetuksen aikana.

Maksun palautus

Palautamme kaikki vastaanottamamme maksut, mukaan lukien alkuperäisen toimituksen vakiotoimituskulut, viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa siitä, kun olemme vastaanottaneet peruuttamisilmoituksen.

Voimme kuitenkin pidättää maksun palautuksen siihen asti, kunnes olemme vastaanottaneet palautetun tuotteen tai asiakas on toimittanut luotettavan selvityksen tuotteen palauttamisesta.

Hyvitys suoritetaan samalla maksutavalla, jota asiakas käytti alkuperäisessä ostotapahtumassa, ellei toisin sovita.

Palautuskulut

Asiakas vastaa palautuskuluista sekä kotimaan että ulkomaan tilausten osalta, ellei palautuksen syynä ole virheellinen, vaurioitunut tai väärä tuote.

Noutamatta jätetyt lähetykset

Noutamatta jätetty lähetys ei ole sama asia kuin tilauksen peruuttaminen. Mikäli asiakas haluaa käyttää peruuttamisoikeuttaan, siitä on ilmoitettava erikseen tämän sivun ohjeiden mukaisesti.

Suosittelemme säilyttämään palautuksesta saadun lähetyskuitin, kunnes palautus on käsitelty ja hyvitys maksettu. Lähetyskuitti toimii todisteena siitä, että palautus on luovutettu kuljetettavaksi.

Returns and Order Cancellation

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must submit a withdrawal notice within 14 days of receiving the product. The withdrawal notice can be submitted:

The withdrawal notice should include at least:

  • The customer's name
  • The order number or other information identifying the order
  • Information about which order or product is being withdrawn

After submitting the withdrawal notice, the customer must return the product no later than 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice was submitted.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been manufactured or modified according to the customer's individual specifications, including personalized or custom-made products.

Condition of Returned Products

Customers may inspect the product in the same manner as they would in a physical store. However, the product must not be used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

The returned product must include all parts originally supplied with it. Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible or otherwise packaged securely to prevent damage during transport.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until the customer has provided proof that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product for both domestic and international orders unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

Unclaimed Deliveries

Failure to collect a delivery does not constitute a valid withdrawal from the purchase agreement. If a customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must notify us separately in accordance with the instructions provided on this page.

We Recommend Keeping Proof of Return

We recommend that customers keep their proof of postage or shipping receipt until the return has been processed and the refund has been issued. This serves as evidence that the return shipment was handed over to the carrier.
