Returns and Order Cancellation
All returns must be agreed upon with the seller in advance. You can contact us by email at karppinen.shop@gmail.com or by phone at +358 40 587 1627.
You have the right to cancel your order by notifying Hienopuuseppä Jari Karppinen Tmi within 14 days of receiving your order. You must also return the product immediately after cancellation, within 14 days of the cancellation notice. Cancellation does not apply to products that have been customized or made according to your specifications.
The product must be returned in saleable condition. Opening the product packaging and inspecting the product is considered acceptable, but all other use is not. All product components must be returned, and the product must be packaged in the original packaging or equivalent.
We will refund the returned product price to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded, unless the return is due to a defect or another reason caused by the seller.
The store does not cover costs related to returns unless agreed upon in advance. Please note that uncollected deliveries are not considered returns, and customers will be charged for uncollected shipments unless otherwise agreed. The store does not accept returns sent COD.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, both domestic and international.

Pack the product and all its components in the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, pack the product securely so it reaches us in good condition.
