Shipping policy

Shipping (within Finland)

Products are delivered after payment has been completed according to the payment terms. Delivery is made to the address provided in your order as a postal package.

• Delivery cost: €14.90 for smaller furniture, €24.90 for larger furniture.
• Products are shipped via a third-party carrier (Shipit Oy) under an agreed transport contract, which may affect delivery time.
• Orders are processed the same or next business day, so normal delivery time is 7–10 business days.
• Custom orders have delivery times determined on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that pickup points typically hold packages for approximately 7 days. If you do not collect your package in time, it will be returned to us. Uncollected packages are not considered order cancellations, and delivery and handling fees will apply.

Pickup

You may also choose to pick up your order for free. Packages are ready 2–4 days after placing the order.

The store is not responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), such as strikes, official regulations, transport disruptions, or staff illness.

International Delivery

We also deliver orders internationally upon request. The destination country may charge VAT or customs duties, which are not included in our prices. Customers are responsible for these charges.
